Panic Bars are push bars/crash bars installed on exit doors to allow quick exiting of buildings. (e.g. where emergency or panic situation could occur)
Panic Bar Function - Operated by a horizontal push bar, which when pushed in a downward arc withdraws either the bolts or latch, releasing the door for immediate escape in the event of an emergency.
Note: Panic bar only, mortice lock & external furniture not included

- Can be used on aluminium, hollow metal or wood swinging commercial doors.

- Push bar on inside retracts the latch.
- Door is automatically locked when closed.
- Drives a mortice lock for side latching.
- Fitting a mortice lock allows key or lever access from the outside.
- Suitable for single doors. or on the first opening leaf in double door applications
- Can be used with the 376 Series (product code 50511160), double doors.
- Suitable for door width from 665 to 1300 mm.
- Supplied right handed, but can be handed on site
- Successfully tested up to 2 hours (depending on type of doorset) on fire door assemblies in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1905.1- 2005, Part 1: Fire Resistant Doorsets.
